What's the status of my order?|
You may check the status of your order online by clicking on “My Account” and check your order status. When you place an order on ohmydress.com you’ll receive a first email of confirmation with the review of your order. When your order will be processed you'll receive a second email that will inform you that we will actually processed your order. And finally you’ll receive the last e-mail when your order will be shipped with your tracking number.
Can I track the shipment of my order?
You may check the status of your order online by clicking on “My Account.” check your order status and history. Simply sign in using the email address you used when registering and entering your password. Can I change or cancel my order?
Please review your order for accuracy before submitting. If you need to make your shipping address and/or order once your order has been processed, please contact us at (818) 678-9643 for cancel your order. Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order! We do not accept cancellation via email or messages (due to the response time required).
When is the amount debited from my credit card?
Your credit card will be debited immediately when we ship your package.
What are our different payments options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We do not accept Money order, Cashier Check, Personal Checks, Company Checks and payment in cash. If we receive any Personal Checks or Company Checks and other they will be returned to sender. Oh my dress is not responsible of return.

How can I add a discount on my order?
If you received a discount code from Oh my dress you can enter this code at the checkout page. The field for the discount code is located on the left side below the purchased items.
What are our different delivery options?
Oh my dress delivery only with USPS for only $7.99 and you get Free shipping for all domestic order over $50.
How long does delivery take?
Allow about 2-4 business days for delivery. For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery. Please note the shipping is not available to PO Boxes.
What are the shipping and handling costs?
It’s simple and easy: NO estimate, No calculation. Only a flat rate of $8.99 per order and you get free shipping for domestic order over $60.
How do I return an item purchased?
Yes if you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order less the shipping charges. You can request an exchange or a refund.
Your return should be packaged in a protective box for shipping.

The apparel MUST be in original packaging plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not able to accept hand-delivered returns. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

When I order, the items are available?
When you order every items are available in stock in our warehouse localized at Chatsworth California USA
I received my order, but one item was missing or damaged or wrongly sent. What should I do?

What's the price for the sales tax?
All orders delivered to a California address will be charged the appropriate sales tax based on the shipping address.
