All orders delivered to a California address will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
All product in the web site are in stock and all orders to be processed the same day if the order is pass before 1pm PST Excepted on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. If these items is not available, a total refund of the order will be made.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.

You acknowledge that Oh my dress is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you. Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order!

It’s simple and easy: NO estimate, No calculation. Only a flat rate of $7.99 per order and you get free shipping for domestic order over $50. Your order will be shipped via USPS and count between 2 and 4 days for delivery. For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 10-15 days. All shipping timeframes are subject to stock availability and credit card authorization and verification.

The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will be abandoned and will not be refunded. We do not take responsibility for any returned packages with a failed delivery, multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or package refusal. We are not responsible for the shipping and return shipping cost if applicable. Store credit or refund will be issued with deduction of shipping cost from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages. Packages refused by customers may be submitted to additional shipping cost charges by the postal carrier.
The delivery company may leave the parcel with a neighbor, or if there is a safe, secure location at the property they may leave the parcel there. The delivery company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to, how to contact them to re-arrange a delivery time or to advise where you can collect your parcel from.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
Ohmydress.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm PST will be processed on the next business day (Monday). In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend for you to use the same address for both your shipping and billing address. Otherwise, your order could be subjected for verification and may be delayed. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help to resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.

We do NOT accept cancellation via email or messages (due to the response time required and possibility of mis-commmunication). Cancellation of an order must be confirmed and verified by calling us directly at (818) 678-9643.
Return and Exchange policy
Oh my Dress offers a 30 days return policy (from the date of receipt). We do not offer free returns and customers are responsible for all return shipping cost. But if you return for an exchange we will send you the new size for free. You can exchange an item ONLY for the same style#, the same Color in a different size. If the size asked will not available in stock when we will treat your return, we automatically refund you. Do not send any additional payment, such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Any additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail. If you want another style # request the refund and make a new order.
We will reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/ manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent. We will be fully responsible for direct Manufacturer product defects or if a wrong product was mailed to the customer; return shipping cost will be reimbursed or a return label will be provided (Please contact our customers care service on 818-678-9643).
We are not responsible for return shipping costs if the package is returned to our facility due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if customer refused to accept the package. Store credit of the returned items will be issued and we will reserve the right to deduct any related return fee imposed by the shipping carrier.
We are not able to accept hand-delivered returns. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Your return and refund will be processed within 5-8 business days after item(s) are received by us. Refunds are given for the item's extended price indicated on the original invoice and any applicable taxes, excluding any shipping fees and additional discounts. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your account.
Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (i.e.: perfume smell, deodorant marks, dirtied soles) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made. IMPORTANT, please note:

Return Procedure Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please fill out the “Return Form” included in your package. Note items you want to return for refund and items you want to return for exchange. Precise which size you want for exchange. All return items will be inspected accordingly upon receipt. Any items that does not meet our return requirements may be refused and return back to the sender. We will reserve the right to impose a restock fee of 15% through 25% in certain situations where applicable. Our return department will have sole discretion and have final decisions on returns.
International Order Policy
We delivery only the United States. Sorry But we don’t provide international order and delivery.
Unless otherwise stated, prices on full price, sale and promotional items and affiliate offers cannot be combined with any other offers, sales, promotions or discounts. Sales, promotions and discounts may not be applicable to all sizes, colors or styles.

Price on the website:
If Oh my dress decide to make a sale or reduction and you bought the items most expensive, you could NOT ask the refund of the difference. You can only return the item and ask the refund.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions:
Occasionally there may be information on our Sites that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Sites is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Sites. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Damaged or wrongly sent items:
You have 30 days for make the complaint, for returns of any damaged or wrongly sent items, we will gladly reimburse your standard return shipping cost. Please include a copy of the shipping receipt with your return and we will reimburse you accordingly upon receipt of the package.
No unlawful or prohibited use/Intellectual Property:
You agree to defend, indemnify Oh my dress. harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Sites and/or your breach of any representation, warranty, or other provision of the Agreement.

The waiver of any provision of the Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of Gap Inc.'s right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us relating to your use of the Sites.
